Divina Rutherford blog #3- Natural Setting, Lion's Bridge

When we went down to the Lion's Bridge on the Noland trail one afternoon instead of being inside for class we got to experience what it was like, for about the duration of the class, to be in nature on a path trail that encompassed nature. I believe nature is one of the most beautiful things in life that God has made. The Noland Trail is just one example because it has trees, water, rocks and you can overlook the water and see the sunset at the right time which is really beautiful. We were allowed time to sit and reflect on the beauty of the trail and get on a spiritual level and I was able to thank God for everything. It was spiritual to me because I had time to reflect on it after the hike.
